Conference on World Affairs: World's Biggest Lesson at CU Boulder April 10th

World’s Biggest Lesson: Education is the answer!

The action is to break the Guinness book of record for the biggest lesson held simultaneously and the day for that action will be April 23rd. It was easier with last years format as it did not need to be done on a specific day. My thought is that the CWA Biggest lesson could be a launch to get children, teachers and mothers/fathers to go back to their classrooms and join in the action on April 23rd (two weeks later) or we could pretend that the day is April 23rd. Send your thoughts.

I feel like it would be hard to get everyone together for a meeting, so I’m suggesting we try to do as much as possible via email. Sub-groups may want to meet. Waiting to hear if I will have a wonderful CU person to assist me on this project.

In the meantime, here’s what I have confirmed so far:

School district/school board: It would be great to put something out district wide about the CWA event and the day of action on April 23rd. Anyone want to schedule a meeting with Helayne Jones?
