Rocky Mountain Peace and Justice Center will present its 12th Annual Peacemaker of the Year Awards at their Holiday Party to be held at the Unity Church at the corner Folsom and Valmont in Boulder. The recipients of this year's awards are: Elena Aranda and the Companeras Program of El Centro Amistad, and Mothers Acting Up. The awards are being presented to these two organizations who have distinguished themselves for their effective commitment to social justice for all people, especially women and children. Entertainment will be provided by Bonnie Carol, Robb Candler & Gary Ball; and the Madrigal Singers of Fairview High School. There will also be a silent, and a live auction with Robb Candler as the exciting auctioneer.
